I was waited on by a novice that acted like he was doing me a favor by waiting on me. No smile, no thank you and had a difficult time counting change. Luckily his trainer was by his side but I don't think she can train him in customer service or in basic friendliness. The rest of the staff was good. Of course, the food was also good.
Play land smells like pee. Filthy. Food and trash on the floor in Playland even first thing in the morning when it opens
They’re getting a remodel and I don’t know what for, because the “new” customers there trying to attract to their newly remodel restaurant are going to go back across the street to sonic where the employees aren’t assholes and where the food is ALWAYS fresh and made correctly the first time .
And then when you ask them to fix their mistake , they act like it’s the biggest deal.
They can never get an order right , ever time I go here something is ALWAYS wrong .
The store doesn’t need a remodel , the staff needs a remodel .
The new touch screens for ordering and having them being the food to the table is great. Playland is open again.
Remodel looks great! Option to order food at a kiosk is nice.
