I purchased the exterior and interior cleaning. The wash was not busy yet the job was terrible. The running boards on my 2017 pickup was not even touched and the back window grime was just smeared around. The inside was just somewhat wiped down. I don't mind for paying a little more for quality service but rest assured, this place is not capable of performing it!
I've been a Paradise customer for years. They always do a good job and the people are friendly. The best deal is the unlimited monthly.
When I got home I had to wash the back window, the one side of the windshield, and wipe down in the interior. They never touched it. My fingerprints we're still on the front counsel.
Don't waste your money on this place. And to think I was considering bringing my car in for detailing here. Consider that $140 lost.
I got the basic outside wash, and when they were done, they never came to get me from the waiting area, another customer had to let me know that they were "waving at me" from somewhere I could not see them. No seating available in the waiting area, either. The front of my car's hood looked untouched. I mean, I guess it was technically "clean", but to a bare minimum standard. If you're expecting a luxury experience, I'm afraid you're at the wrong place. This place feels like it's best suited for people who have rock bottom expectations, my car has been cleaner coming out of a drive through car wash at a gas station.
I paid $30 for a terrible car wash. I bought this PKG because the man told me everything inside would be wiped down.
The worst experience ever!!!! We brung our brand new 2017 for a carwash and upon us receiving our car back we noticed a huge yellow scrape on the side(not to mention the car was still dirty both inside and out). When we brought it to their attention the manager came out in a very rude manner. We had to call the police and make a report. Moral of the story don’t wash your car here.
