I only rated a 3 because check-in attendant didn't apologize for the extreme slow check in.
Quality inn is honestly such a great hotel. Their prices are fair and their accommodations are actually really nice. The management has gone above and beyond for me during my stay here at quality inn. I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re staying in the area. They’re close to the highway to get to downtown, they have a nice pool for children and hot tub for adults to relax. Their breakfast is nice too! Not the normal just coffee juice and doughnuts. Definitely recommend them ! 5 stars alone for their amazing staff but the accommodations match that ! I should add in that Roberta is truly a sweet women & Ross has been helpful. Like I said the staff has made my stay here make me feel like family!
Slow check in, but nice man checked me in. My bed in my suite was amazing to sleep on, the suite is super cute and comfey. Was a but nervous when I pulled up and the sherriffs were here though. Hallway was clean and quiet coming back from the bar.
Been staying at this hotel for almost a year now and I love it. Very nice staff and customer service. Love the pool and hot tub in the winter. Very clean and cozy!

My mother stayed at this Quality Inn in downtown Savage and she had a great experience. I would like to mention a staff member that stood out during her stay. His name is Ross, he was by far a the key person at this hotel. He is very courteous, friendly and helpful. He made her stay a pleasant one. I hope that his supervisor takes a moment to acknowledge him for having such a great employee.
