I would recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money. I have been here twice and both visits have been less than satisfactory. I only went the second time because I had a gift card. Both times I got a massage and facial. The facials have been good but the massages have been BAD. The first woman I had breathed so loud and kept making noises with her mouth, her technique was lacking skill and she did not seem to care at all. The second woman was similar, asked me the same questions multiple times, and then didn't even do what I asked for. She spent "30" minutes on my neck, and then said she only had 15 for the rest of my body...it's supposed to be a 60 minute massage. So I just told her to focus on my back since that's what I needed most. She also had VERY sharp nails and kept talking to me even when I clearly didn't want to have a conversation mid-massage. Management has been rude as well, not very friendly staff. I hope after seeing this review the management will try to do something to make this right, but I doubt they will as they don't seem very customer oriented.

The staff at this location is amazing! They are always so helpful and really accommodating. I regularly get both massages and facials and have never been disappointed. They treat me like their family while I'm in! Favorite place to recommend friends and family.
I've been to my fair share of places for facials and massages, and I've got to say this one is about the best and cleanest spa I have been to in the twin cities area! All the staff is professional, very friendly, and attentive to my needs as a customer. I will definitely be back soon
I've been part of the health savings program for several years now. Whenever I try to make an appointment to use the services I'm paying for I can never get in. They are always booked and are difficult to try and schedule with. I was supposed to have a couples massage today and had to cancel due to an emergency. When I called I was informed I would be charged $35 per massage. I informed the receptionist there's no way I could have come in due to the emergency and she informed me I would be charged then. I would have liked to know when the policy changed to charging people $35 for cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice. In October I'll have had my health savings plan for 3 years. It's not like I'm a new customer. It's bad enough I'm paying $60 a month and have a difficult time trying to make appointments but now they change the policy and don't inform their existing customers.
