Found a storage unit online and the property manager Angie called me right away. She was very helpful and even found me a larger storage of almost the same price. I've rented here before and will always rent here if I can. I pass 7 other storage facilities to rent from Angie and two of those are Public Storage locations. As a bonus Angie sold me a great big bag of packing peanuts that will be filler for Christmas presents.
Heather and the other staff were great. Very comforting knowing I can leave heirlooms, photos and valuables in their care without having to drop in everyday to make sure its not tampered with. Great rate for the space they provided me. I would recommend this place to anybody in the vicinity.
Angie was very friendly and informative. She explained all the billing procedures and move in and move out procedures very clearly. When I gave her the deer in the headlights look, she paraphrased so I could better understand thoroughly. I will be going there again for my storage needs in the future.
I was doubtful I would be able to get our oversized sofa into the storage unit available, but Angie assured me it would be a simple maneuver. She was right! We got everything into the unit easily, and everything fit perfectly. The rental process was easy (although be aware of the $20/mo lock fee and $11/mo insurance fee that's not mentioned obviously on the website). I was able to reserve the spot mid-day and move stuff in that evening. Angie was very helpful in recommending a unit, and offered advice on how to maintain the items we put in storage.
I already had one storage unit at the Savage location so when my daughter needed one I knew just the right place for her. The facility itself is always clean and neat but moreover, the staff are very on-task. Angie looks after everything. She checks the buildings rigorously, pays attention to who comes in and out and immediately follows up with any of the clients if she finds or feels something is amiss. It is really nice to know that your belongings are being safeguarded in addition to being properly stored. I would recommend the Savage location to anyone.
