The staff is wonderful, caring, and incredibly kind. They take great care of my cat Gypsy and I can't thank them enough. They are affordable and the doctors are great. I highly recommend them.
Very friendly, professional and affordable. I wish they were willing to declaw our cats though; they said they won't after 6 months I believe. My cats have very little control of their claws and when they jump up often latch on to skin even through clothes and can't let go; my whole family has lots of wounds to show for it. Otherwise terrific experience.
Gentle Doctor is the best! The staff is caring, kind and very interactive with my pets which makes them feel comfortable. We feel welcomed and like family every time we visit.
